Firostefani - Santorini

Firostefani is the old village of Fira, on the north side of the town, and is now merged with Fira, thus constituting a part of the capital. Its name means 'crown of Fira' and it is due to its higher altitude in comparison with Fira. It is characterized by the traditional villages and the view of the capital, the sea and the volcano.
